My daughter and I went in this morning and got the best service ever. The lady who helped us was very nice and professional. Thank you for everything. We absolutely love The Shoe Department!!!

Many different shoes, designs, colors, and has very high grade fashion. Love it. If you want to get new shoes for school or whatever, come here. This is a good place to get shoes.

If you’re in the area, definitely stop and grab yourself. Something comfortable for those feet great service customer service, amazing and quality of goods is there may not be the most exotic shoes or sneakers, but a definite must visit. All brand name for less.

Don, is truly the best. He helps me with my kids, and self everytime. He goes way above and beyond . I honestly could not be more satisfied going there and getting shows/boots. It's my second time there with him being around and he is the reason I continue to come back. Thank you for having such a wonderful manager. He deserved the highest recognition 👏 my kids also look forward to seeing him when we go.

The store manager Don helped me. He taught me and my family about how the way we walked were wearing down our shoes. I hate shopping and they had exactly what I needed. Their prices were reasonable and they had a large selection. I am definitely a new customer.

Don is super helpful and really nice. He's not pushy at all and he's very informative. I went in looking for a sneaker and was having a hard time. I'm kind of picky. Don provided a bunch of suggestions and found one that I ended up loving, and never would have tried had he not suggested it. I've never had bad service from anyone there, but Don stands out from all the rest. He's fantastic.

I was impressed with the variety of women’s sneaker options. I have difficult feet due to injuries and the associate that was helping me did a GREAT job finding me a Brooks running shoe that would work. I didn’t end up making a purchase though because the store manager couldn’t/wouldn’t match the online price from Brooks. I saved over $15 (free shipping/free returns) by purchasing online instead. Shame because I’d rather the money stay local. I’ll give them another try down the line. It’s too easy to find price comps; I’m not going to over pay at a chain store.
